With this custom Photoshop script you can export all possible combinations of layers in a Photoshop document. In the video I have 4 folders with several items: 4 x 2 x 3 x 1 = 24 variation in just 1 click and around 3 seconds. You can create hundreds or thousands in a few minutes.

Load the Photoshop script named export-layer-combinations.jsx:
File > Scripts > Browse… locate and click export-layer-combinations.jsx file
Then select the folder of destination for your images and finally the exporting settings.
