I’ve designed mascots for major events with millions of viewers and big-brand budgets — from Toyota and the Association of National Olympic Committees to first-division football teams around the world like UD Almería, Pyramids FC, and Al-Nassr, as well as universities in the U.S. such as San Diego State, Grand Canyon University, and Georgia State.

Why Hiring a Mascot Designer?

Source vector files are a must in design for print because they work as small web images or to print at skyscraper size. PNG files with transparent background are included just in case you don’t want to deal with extra software.

There are clients that only need a mascot illustration for social media, which could be just a high-resolution Photoshop file, while others may need a whole brand identity kit including a mascot illustration, mascot logo, mascot icon, illustrative logo with a mascot…
It normally goes from 500 to 2000 USD, depending on the elements you want to include in your brand identity kit.

Since I offer unlimited revisions, it is tricky to set a fixed deadline, but I dedicate an average of 30 hours to each brand mascot, from sketch to final vector.
My design process is sequential; we’ll do the work in stages—briefing, conceptualisation, sketch, and final design—and we’ll make all the revisions you need (within reason), but when one stage is approved, we can’t turn back again. If this happens, I may charge a fee.
If I can’t deliver perfection, I will charge just for the work you approved, so until you approve the preliminary sketch of your mascot logo, you are free to ask for a full refund.
Copyright of the brand identity is yours upon receipt of final payment.
Anything I create that is not used in your final design belongs to SOSFactory, for example, unapproved versions of your final design.

While my rates may seem high for clients in some countries, being based in Europe means higher living costs.
For budget-friendly options, I recommend seeking local designers or using my stock design. Otherwise stated, you can use my stock design for commercial purposes as long as you don’t sell it, license it, or redistribute it.
It’s not only about skills but also about style; if you make changes on your own, your design will likely lose all consistency.
If after your project is finished you want to make any change, I suggest you contact me to discuss your new needs. I will do everything in my power to achieve your new goals at the minimum cost.

My portfolio is my only marketing tool; otherwise stated, I keep the right to display the outcome of any design order in the SOSFactory portfolio, blog, or social profiles in order to promote my work. If you need a non-disclosure agreement signed by me, please let me know upfront, as this certainly will increase the price of the service.
