How is your design process? First, we meet to talk about your needs and work out the details of what you are expecting us to create. We will return a quote and an expected date of completion to you. If everything is agreeable, we will charge a small percent upfront as a retainer to start the design process. You will have many opportunities to review our work, comment and makes suggestions. We will proceed with each step of the design only after you´ve approved the direction in which we´re going with your project . When everything is completed to your satisfaction, simply pay your balance and we will send you high resolution files. See our How we work page for more information.

How long it will take? This depends on the task, the complexity of the design, the budget, revisions requested and how many sketches we create to deliver what you need.

What if I don´t like your design? If for any reason you´re not completely satisfied with what we´ve created for you, you only will pay for the work you approved. See our Refund Policy in the Terms of Service page for more information.
